30-Day Goals (Writing)

My 30 day challenges

Add:

  • Wake up at 7:00
  • Read 20 pages of a Novel everyday
  • Make my bed when I wake up
  • Say 'Thank you' at least 10 times a day
  • Eat vegetables at every meal
  • Solve five pages of Math problems everyday
  • Drink at least 60ml of milk everyday
  • Post 1 post each week on my blog
Subtract:

  • No yelling
  • No instant food
  • No TV
  • No cellphone games
  • No vending machine drinks
Eat vegetables every meal
 It is not really easy to eat vegetables every meal because, to me, they're not that tasty. However, if I can eat them every single meal for thirty days, I will be a lot healthier than I am right now. That is why I chose this to add in my 30 day challenges.
