Add:
- Wake up at 7:00
- Read 20 pages of a Novel everyday
- Make my bed when I wake up
- Say 'Thank you' at least 10 times a day
- Eat vegetables at every meal
- Solve five pages of Math problems everyday
- Drink at least 60ml of milk everyday
- Post 1 post each week on my blog
- No yelling
- No instant food
- No TV
- No cellphone games
- No vending machine drinks
Eat vegetables every mealIt is not really easy to eat vegetables every meal because, to me, they're not that tasty. However, if I can eat them every single meal for thirty days, I will be a lot healthier than I am right now. That is why I chose this to add in my 30 day challenges.
